Additionally, Juliana has successfully obtained licenses for International Financial Entities with the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions. She assists clients in real estate transactions such as purchase and sale agreements, mortgage note cancellations, judicial sales, among others, and advises clients in estate planning matters such as wills and inheritance proceedings.
