Liana joined AMG in 2005. Since then, she has established herself as a savvy, outspoken litigator. She also has significant experience in the area of labor relations, where she has participated actively in collective bargaining negotiations and defended employers in labor disputes, including labor arbitration and interpretation of labor agreements before the Arbitration and Conciliation Bureau. In addition, she has extensive experience handling petitions for revisions of arbitration awards before the Puerto Rico Court of First Instance and Appellate Court. Liana contributes regularly to the Labor and Employment Department newsletter and in seminars offered by the Department.
