Néstor J. Lo Presti Reyes is a shareholder in the Corporate Department. He joined AMG in 2012. His main practice areas include commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate transactions, and general corporate law. Néstor has represented local and international financial institutions in multiple large-scale financing transactions such as asset-based, real estate-based, syndicated and participated credit facilities; in loan workouts and restructurings, discounted payoff agreements, and foreclosure proceedings; and in the purchase and sale of commercial and construction loan portfolios. Néstor has also represented both landlords and tenants in numerous commercial lease matters. In addition, he has vast experience in licensing and regulatory matters involving financial institutions and businesses in general.
