Mr. Fernández-Jaquete concentrates in corporate, real estate and insurance law, and has ample experience handling real property transactions, title insurance issues, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and government procurement and contracts.

Francisco J. García obtained a Masters of Laws degree from Cornell Law School, Ithaca, New York, in 1987. He obtained his juris doctor degree from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, Santurce, Puerto Rico, in 1986, and a Master in Business Administration, also from Inter American University, in 1983. Mr. García graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in 1981 obtaining a B.B.A with concentration in management.

Mr. Lo Presti Reyes has ample experience in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, development and operation of real properties, including, among others, planned communities, hotel/hospitality projects, public housing, shopping centers, and telecommunications tower sites. Additionally, he has actively participated in the negotiation, structuring and closing of all types of financing transactions, loan workouts and restructurings, and in the transfer of distressed property and foreclosure proceedings.

Ms. Díaz-Pedrosa has spent most of her career assisting and executing real estate transactions and closings. As part of the corporate division, she was the attorney assigned with residential mortgage closings and with title insurance claims.

Juliana M. Perez-Alemany received her B.A. in Psychology from the College of Literature, Science and the Arts at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She obtained her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. While attending law school, she worked for Attorney Wilfredo A. Míguez, gaining experience in estate planning, inheritance proceedings, real estate matters, and preparation of corporate documents.

Mr. Carbonell-Astor earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law. While attending law school, he worked for approximately two years at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico, where he served as student intern for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Enrique S. Lamoutte, as well as for Bankruptcy Judge Brian K. Tester.
