Mr. Seda-Fernández's active practice encompasses counseling and representing clients in all areas of labor, employment, and business related immigration law. A substantial element of his practice consists of representing management in union campaigns, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, labor arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
aime A. Torrens-Dávila joined AMG in 2011. Mr. Torrens-Dávila concentrates on civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Torrens-Dávila practices extensively before the federal and state courts of Puerto Rico, both at trial and appellate levels. He also represents clients in administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration and mediation.
Verónica M. Torres-Torres graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagúez Campus, with B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resources Administration. She was awarded for the Highest Graduating GPA in Human Resources Administration Major. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico Law School; participated in Pro Bono Programs at Law School and attended the Barcelona Law Summer Program as an exchange student at the Universitat de Barcelona. Ms. Torres-Torres concentrates on employment law.
Mr. Zizelman Martínez earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and served as teacher assistant in Administrative and Tort Law courses to Professor Luis Sánchez Caso.
