Fabián Rodríguez-Torres concentrates on civil and commercial litigation in both, state and federal courts. His practice focuses primarily on complex distributorship and franchise litigation. He has successfully represented individuals and corporate entities in a wide range of practice areas including, product liability, insurance coverage matters, construction law, mass tort, class action and breach of contract cases. Mr. Rodríguez-Torres has also significant experience in taking and defending depositions in the United States, Europe and South America. He is a well-known negotiator on both sides of diverse complex civil and commercial litigation, in federal and state courts.
César R. Rosario-Vega has been practicing law in Puerto Rico for approximately 18 years. In addition to handling complex issues of Tax Law and Corporate Law, Mr. Rosario-Vega advices the Firm's clients on Employee Benefits Law, assisting employers, plan fiduciaries and service providers with the design, adoption and compliance required for the successful administration of employee benefit plans, qualified and non-qualified plans, and statutory and non-statutory stock options.

Mr. Seda-Fernández's active practice encompasses counseling and representing clients in all areas of labor, employment, and business related immigration law. A substantial element of his practice consists of representing management in union campaigns, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, labor arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Verónica M. Torres-Torres graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagúez Campus, with B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Human Resources Administration. She was awarded for the Highest Graduating GPA in Human Resources Administration Major. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico Law School; participated in Pro Bono Programs at Law School and attended the Barcelona Law Summer Program as an exchange student at the Universitat de Barcelona. Ms. Torres-Torres concentrates on employment law.
